How 0-0-Go! Works
One player profile works across leagues, tournaments, Quick Tournaments, Open Play, scoring and standings.
Create your player profile with your name and email.
Your emailed private link is your personal sign-in — no password required.
Use a league/event/Open Play code, or create something of your own.
Schedules, scores, standings and court assignments stay together.
01Registration & Private LinksYour player profile and sign-in
Choose Register, enter your name, email and gender, then open the private player link emailed to you. Save or bookmark that link — it is your personal sign-in for 0-0-Go!.
If you lose it, choose Private Link, enter the email address on your player profile, and 0-0-Go! will send it again.
02My 0-0-Go!Your current events and completed history
Leagues and events connected to your player profile appear under My 0-0-Go!. Current and upcoming items are shown first; completed events move into the Completed history section.
Quick Tournament cards can show Upcoming, In Progress or Completed so you can tell the event state at a glance.
03Joining Leagues & EventsCodes, registration and divisions
Open your private link, enter the code provided by the organizer, and join. Your registered leagues and events then appear under My 0-0-Go!.
Organizer-managed rosters: an Admin can also add players directly without asking them to register. Guest players work in schedules, draws and standings just like registered players. Admins can add one player, paste multiple names at once, edit/remove unused guests, or add fixed-partner guest teams.
No email is required for a guest. If an Admin adds an email later and that person registers with the same email, 0-0-Go! activates that existing guest profile so their event history stays attached to them. Guest players are identified by a small Guest badge on the Admin roster.
For fixed-partner doubles, you may be asked for your partner. Multi-day tournaments can offer separate Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles divisions, each with its own schedule and format.
04Multi-Week LeaguesLadders, rotating partners and standings
Multi-week leagues can run as ladder or rotating/random-partner play. Admins create the week or round, generate the draw and finalize results when the official scores are in.
For organizer-run play, open Players/Teams and use + Add Guest Player or Add Multiple Players. Bulk entry accepts one name per line. Fixed-partner events offer the same workflow for teams, using one line per team in the form Player One / Player Two.
For rotating-partner play, the Admin can choose the number of games per court for future draws. Standings and ladder movement update from official completed games.
A gold ★ marks the player/team that serves first. In Quick Tournament / White Board events, 0-0-Go! automatically balances first serves by giving the next first serve to the player/team with fewer prior first serves. If the counts are tied, the app uses a predictable alternating tiebreak. Tournament Admins can change an individual match from Edit Match → Serves first; an override counts toward later fairness calculations so the schedule can rebalance. The indicator also appears in Public Live and printed tournament schedules.
05TournamentsOne-day and multi-day competition
0-0-Go! supports one-day events, fixed-partner tournaments and multi-day tournaments. Depending on the event, formats can include round robin, pool play plus bracket, single elimination and double elimination.
Players can check in, play scheduled matches, enter scores and follow standings/results from their own private link.
06Quick Tournament / White BoardFlexible manual scheduling
Use a Quick Tournament when you want an electronic version of a tournament whiteboard. The Admin can enter the roster directly, so participants do not have to register or use private links.
Choose Singles or Doubles, then assign matches by date, time and court. Unused courts can remain blank and a player/team can receive a bye simply by not being assigned in that time slot.
The Tournament Board shows one time slot at a time. Schedule, roster, score entry, forfeits, cancellations and standings are all managed from the same event.
In the Schedule and Standings views, participant names are interactive. Their current W-L record is shown, and clicking/tapping a participant opens previous match results.
07Standings & TiebreaksHow tied teams/players are ranked
Quick Tournament standings are ranked first by the configured tiebreak order. Admins can choose the order from Win %, Head-to-head, Point differential, Points scored and Total wins.
Head-to-head is evaluated among the teams/players still tied at that step. If they remain tied, 0-0-Go! moves to the next configured rule.
The active tiebreak order is shown with the standings so the ranking method is visible.
08Scores & ConfirmationOfficial, pending and disputed results
Where confirmation is enabled, a player can enter a score and another player confirms it. Disputed results can be resolved by an Admin. Only official results count toward standings and movement.
Quick Tournaments are intentionally more Admin-driven: the organizer can enter or edit scores directly, record forfeits, clear mistakes and cancel scheduled matches.
09Public Live ViewRead-only spectator standings and results
A Quick Tournament Admin can optionally enable Public Live View from the Admin tab. Spectators receive a separate read-only link or QR code and do not need a player private link.
The Admin chooses how participant names appear publicly: Full Name, First Name + Last Initial, or numbered players/teams. Public Live shows current standings, upcoming matches and completed results, with match-history W/L/T indicators.
The spectator QR card can be printed. Public Live remains available as final read-only results after a tournament is marked complete.
10Completing a Quick TournamentLock final results — and reopen if needed
When play is finished, an Admin can choose Mark Tournament Complete from the Admin tab. Completion locks roster changes, scheduling, score changes and tiebreak changes so the final results remain stable.
If scheduled matches do not have final scores, 0-0-Go! warns the Admin before completing the tournament, but the Admin can still continue. This is useful for cancelled, shortened or intentionally unplayed matches.
If a correction is needed later, an Admin can choose Reopen Tournament. Editing is restored and the event returns to active status.
11Open PlayDrop-in rotations and balanced courts
Open Play is designed for drop-in play. Players can arrive late, take a break, check back in and be included in a later round.
Balanced Games favors closer games and avoids repeated partners. Mix It Up puts more emphasis on variety. Competitive groups players more strongly by the app's internal strength estimate.
The Admin can add registered players or quick-add a guest. Scores help 0-0-Go! improve future Open Play pairings.
12Owners, Admins & Co-AdminsWho can manage what
The person who creates a league/event is the Owner. Where supported, the Owner can add other registered 0-0-Go! players as Admins using their email address.
Admins use their own private links and can manage the event without sharing the Owner's link. Owner-only actions remain protected, including adding/removing Admins and permanent deletion of an event where that function is available.
13Event ImagesDefault artwork or your own image
Events can use the built-in pickleball artwork or a custom image. Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image and 0-0-Go! will resize it for the event card. Preview it before saving.
Choose Use Default Image at any time to remove the custom image and restore the built-in artwork.
14FeedbackReport a problem or suggest an improvement
Use the floating Feedback button or the footer link whether you are logged in or not. Choose Bug / Problem, Suggestion, or General, then describe what happened or what you would like to see.
Logged-in players can send feedback with their identity or choose Send anonymously. The Super Admin receives an email notification and can review submissions in the Feedback Inbox.
Feedback can be marked New, In Review or Resolved. Test entries, spam or unwanted submissions can also be permanently deleted by the Super Admin.
15Support the AppOptional support for 0-0-Go!
If a support link is configured, Support the App appears on the public landing page and as a smaller footer link for signed-in players. Supporting the app is completely optional and does not change any app features.
16Using 0-0-Go! on a PhoneMobile navigation and PWA use
The mobile interface uses the green floating toolbar at the bottom of the screen for the main sections. Event-specific screens appear when you open a tournament, league or Open Play session.
You can also install 0-0-Go! as a web app/PWA from a supported browser so it opens more like a normal app.
